Welcome to Space Zoon. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Space Zoon mobile application, website, services, and related platforms.
By accessing or using Space Zoon, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

- “Sender” refers to users managing wills, files, and receivers.
- “Receiver” refers to users receiving shared content from senders.
- “Celebrity” refers to creators uploading monetized stories and content.
- “Viewer” refers to users viewing or purchasing celebrity content.
- “Content” refers to videos, images, audio, documents, stories, messages, and any uploaded material.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally eligible under your local laws to use Space Zoon. By using the platform, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the platform.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities conducted under your account
- Providing accurate and updated account information
Space Zoon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
4. Account Verification
Space Zoon may require email verification, OTP verification, ID verification, or additional authentication procedures for security purposes.
Failure to complete verification may limit access to certain features.
5. Will Management Services
Space Zoon provides digital tools for content organization, legacy sharing, and will-related management.
Space Zoon is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Users are solely responsible for:
- The legality and accuracy of uploaded wills and documents
- The recipients selected within the platform
- The content shared with receivers
6. Content Uploads
Users may upload videos, documents, audio, images, and other files subject to platform rules.
By uploading content, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it
- Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights
- Your content does not contain harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading material
Space Zoon reserves the right to review, reject, remove, or restrict any content at its sole discretion.
7. Sell Your Story Feature
Celebrity users may upload monetized content subject to admin approval and moderation.
By participating in the Sell Your Story feature:
- You grant Space Zoon the right to display and distribute your content through the platform
- You acknowledge that admin commission fees may apply
- You agree that content may be reviewed before publication
Space Zoon reserves the right to reject or remove content that violates platform policies.
8. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features of Space Zoon require subscriptions or one-time payments.
Users agree that:
- All payments are processed through authorized payment providers
- Subscription prices may change with prior notice
- Digital purchases may be non-refundable unless required by law
- Failure to pay may result in restricted access to premium services
9. Guest Access
Guest users may access limited app features without registration. Certain features and services may remain unavailable until a full account is created.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform designs, branding, logos, software, interfaces, and system content belong to Space Zoon unless otherwise stated.
Users may not:

- Reverse engineer the application

- OTP verification messages
- Push notifications
- Subscription and payment reminders
- System announcements and updates
13. Account Suspension and Termination
Space Zoon may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if users:

- Engage in illegal activities
- Upload prohibited content
- Abuse platform services
Space Zoon also reserves the right to remove content or restrict access where necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
14. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account at any time through the application settings or by contacting support.
Upon deletion:
- Access to platform services may immediately end
- Uploaded content may be permanently removed
- Some information may remain retained for legal, security, or financial compliance purposes
15. Limitation of Liability
Space Zoon is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space Zoon shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Unauthorized access
- User-generated content
- Financial losses
- Indirect or consequential damages
16. Disclaimer
Space Zoon does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of user-generated content
- The behavior of other users
- Permanent availability of platform features
17. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate third-party services including payment gateways, analytics providers, cloud storage, and external links.
Space Zoon is not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party services.
18. Changes to Terms
Space Zoon may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated versions will become effective once published within the application or website.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
